Clube Marina Park Lagos is perfect. We travelled independently as a family and booked 10 nights a week before we arrived in Portugal. Its a mix of a few owned apartments with the rest of the Marina Park being holiday rentals. Our 2 bed apartment was large, with a huge balcony (overlooking the countryside, small aerodrome and Lagos Football ground (which is small and attractive), two large bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen - with washing machine and dishwasher, and 2 bathrooms. The apartment blocks are attractive and surrounded by lawns and gardens and it was a 2 minute walk down to the pool, tennis courts and small playground - which whilst being busy, were very nice. During our stay at Clube Marina Park there were only a handful of British tourists, with the rest being Spanish or Portuguese and we liked this mix a lot. It seemed to be mainly families staying here - but I cannot recommend this place enough. We had our apartment cleaned 3 times during our stay at no extra cost and towels changed too. Overall 9/10

it was very close to everything and the apartments were very big,lovely kitchen.
the furniture especially the Sofas and the balcony furniture were very poor,cheap and nasty.

reception closing at 19:00 pm makes it difficult to solve unexpected problems

Spacious apartment very quiet heating - very appreciated in January!
Distance to main town nothing open in January no staff or shop available most days the complex looks like a prison camp with lots of grey, steel bars - but the rooms are ok inside.
